TRIED & TESTED: DOKKAFFEE ROTTERDAM

Most striking feature:

The wooden sitting area is painted in a beautiful color green. That in combination with chairs of Hay and lamps of Muuto makes you wanna think you’re in Scandinavia. Wrong. You’re deep down in the harbour of Rotterdam. When driving there you pass containers, boats, trucks and old warehouses (if you’re going there by car, because there’s also a stop of the aqua liner. If I was a tourist I would definitely do that instead of a boring tour with the Spido). Why is there such a modern café in an area where it’s all about containers? Well the RDM Campus opened it’s doors there and the students want to have a place to discuss their plans. So you can easily join their wifi and plug your laptop in one of the electricity points. Good place for a chat and a coffee, tea or a bio apple juice.
