Most striking feature:
The fire place with the white couches around them. If you say: lazy sunday, I’ll picture myself sitting there reading my favorite magazines, listening to new soul music and drinking tea with chocolate. Oh, then there’s the cat. He’s a bit arrogant, but a very pretty, sweetheart who likes to lie on the heated concrete floor. Then the kids. I get a lot of questions of readers with kids and where to go with them. Well I think you found your place in RueDarwin17. Kids have a whole floor for themselves. Complete with cosy little sleeping rooms, toys and a learning area. And they will love the cat as well. The area is a bit posh, but with cool independant boutiques (like the one of the owner where she sells the beautiful Italian brand Forte Forte). But if you’re a magazine fan, walk down to Place Georges Bergmann and you’ll find the best bookstore in Bruxelles called Librairie Candide.
Price: 130 euro per night, or 1000 euro for the whole house for the weekend (sleeps 6), check out: www.ruedarwin17.be
