Most striking feature:

Kött Baren is a new restaurant in Stockholm. Opened a couple of weeks ago and it’s a real gem. I would recommend everyone to go there. It looks like a luxurious butcher – and it is – but you can also sit down and eat something. First the door handle. That’s shaped like a butcher’s knife. Fantastic. My jaws dropped when I entered the room (love it when that happens). The people who work here all wear butcher coat’s. And when you go to the toilet, you see the coats hanging. The toilets are very spacious by the way. I was a bit late – coming from Papercut so I almost forget to lunch – but they served me a dish of meat and risotto (the only thing left between lunch and dinner). Delicious! Good place to go by yourself as well. Just sit at one of the big tables and read through the magazines.
