Because of Maart Design Maand in Gent Studiomie – an interior studio in Gent and the owner of the b&b where I stayed during my trip to Gent – hosted a dinner together with Lust for only 20 people per night. Every night had a different color theme. Mine was white. So everything in the menu was made of white ingredients. Like goat cheese, risotto, potato, white beans, white wine, apples, pear etc. The 7-course dinner took place in a balloon… A bit scary because if a child puts a plastic bag over his head you start panicking right away, but now I was gonna eat for a couple of hours in a plastic balloon. But I’m still here. There was a huge machine providing oxygen so no problem. At the end of the night every guest felt like they had enough food in their stomach for the coming week. Very enjoyable and highly recommended. Also if you want to celebrate something with a group of friends.
