Most striking feature:
The view. The shower. The interior. I can’t choose. This hotel is superb! It’s located on a steep street (take a taxi when you’re with your luggage) in a good neighbourhood. You can easily walk to Istanbul Modern for instance (down is easy, up a bit harder). The lobby is small yet beautiful decorated by Autoban. The Turkish design firm you have to love. I was lucky to get upgraded to their suite.
The elevator is decorated with a funny illustration of the bell boy. Once you arrive on the highest floor and open the door, you can only bring out the following word: wow! And then faint. The suite is so spacious and has everything you need to have. Like a couch to watch television on. An Awarded design bed. A Nespresso machine. And a terrace you don’t want to leave. Ever. From their (you have two loungebeds and a table for yourself) you see the famous mosques and you can watch what happens on the water of the Bosporus.
The shower is unique as well. Six showers come together. The new rainshower. Loved it.
This is definitely a room to stay – preferably not alone but with your loved one. Honeymoon material in a busy city.
