Most striking feature:
You have to like a bit of industrial rawness, but then you will love Radio Royaal in Eindhoven. Strijp-s is a former industrial zone in Eindhoven and this place was a former machine building. So you get that there’s a lot of space upstairs – and you eat directly next to the machines. The interior is kept simple. Not that that is easy with a huge place like this, but they definitely did a good job. Old couches, cool bikes, school chairs, a poster of a KRS-one concert, a beautiful restaurant sign and much more. I visited Radio Royaal earlier during the Dutch Design Week last year, but it was October and the sun wasn’t shining – and now you could see sunrays coming in, making it even prettier. I could definitely live here, you?
