TRIED & TESTED: OPENING CEREMONY LONDON

December 8th, 2012

Most striking feature:

This store is huge. Just two stores next to their pop up location for the Olympics this Summer, Opening Ceremony has opened a permanent store. The first one in Europe. I wasn’t allowed to take pictures inside (see one Instagram picture with a beautiful quote at the end of the post) so I love to tell you more. There was a very nice boy working there who told me about that this year Opening Ceremony celebrates Korea. So they invite (young) designers from the land of Gangnam Style to showcase their work. From fashion items to stationary. Ofcourse you will find the Opening Ceremony collections in here as well. From shoes to sweaters. They also have some kids clothing. I’ve spotted a Jean Paul Gaultier romper with ofcourse stripes. So cute. The store is located in Covent Garden.

(Images via freshness, last two ones are my iPhone pictures who were allowed to take)

My London trip was sponsored by easyJet who flies into the new Southend Airport London every day of the week. A return ticket is available from 68.49 euro (including administration costs). Book your London trip via easyJet.
