Most striking feature:
After their first pop up store on the Utrechtsestraat, they’ve opened a huge store on the Van Woustraat (around the corner of the Albert Cuyp Market). There are two floors. In the basement you’ll find a huge collection of clothes (for both men and women), books, interior accessories and plants. On the first floor there’s a cafe where you can read magazines, drink a good cup of coffee or meet up with friends. Apart from the cafe there’s also space for exhibitions (via Pup Gallery) and they will host yoga sessions. So you can imagine how spacious it is. What I like about the concept of Hutspot is that they invite young entrepreneurs to show, and sell, their work. I’ve spotted beautiful men’s shirts from Velour and J’aime New York (a huge book with the favorite addresses of Alain Ducasse in NY). Must if you’re in that area of Amsterdam.
