Most striking feature:
Can I say the tuna burger with wasabi mayonaise? It’s delicious and everyone should try it. The Lobster House Amsterdam is new in Amsterdam. It’s a small place in a former garage where you can buy lobsters, oysters and tuna burgers to take-away or to eat on their large white tiled table in the middle of the ‘house’. Apart from the fish you will also find beautiful delicatessen in here and cakes so good they have to put a warning on the door. I can imagine if I lived next door I will gain a couple of kilo’s. The owner, Steven Pooters, former George, describes it as a new style snackbar. So come in and try something good from their menu. I was also inspired by their graphic design (done by …,staat). For example the huge menu on the wall. Printed on pink paper with blue text and attached on the wall by tape. So simple yet so beautiful. Love it!
PS: Next door to the Lobster House is the Studio. A perfect place for a photo shoot, presentation or brainstorm.
