TRIED & TESTED: VOO STORE BERLIN

Most striking feature:

Just like Lidkoeb in Copenhagen, Voo Store in Berlin is a bit hidden in Kreuzberg. You have to pass a small arch to arrive at a small square where you see a cool crowd drinking coffee at the small square before the store. The store itself is filled with things you want to buy. Not only clothes from brands like Acne, Kenzo and DSTM, but also books, magazines, perfume and the attractive graphical posters and mugs made by Playtype in Copenhagen. You can easily spend here ages trying the shoes or browsing through the books. Voo Store opened it’s doors a few years ago and since the beginning of this year they have an in-house coffee bar named Companion Coffee. The large windows open up to the square in front of the shop and I can imagine the local crowd sitting here, drinking coffee and discussing which party to attend tonight. Definitely a must go when you’re in Berlin!

I just discovered your blog…wow! I just started blogging myself and made a Stockholm guide out of my 3 day trip. This fall I’ll be visiting Berlin and want to do the same thing. Now I see that you do this all the time! It’s so cool to dive into a city and find the coolest spots! I’ll definetly be following you. Great job! Just out of curiosity…what’s your favorite city to visit?
    Good luck, Lonneke
