When it opened I went there to make you a Tried & Tested. See my review here.

3 reasons to go there:

1. If you love the Praktik Hotels just as much as I do (read my reviews of Praktik Garden, Praktik Rambla and Praktik Metropol here): they are gonna open a new one in April called Praktik Hotel Bakery.

2. If you want to stay at a superb location. This Praktik is located near the Paseo de Gracia, very close to la Pedrera and spots like Vincon and Mordisco.

3. If you like the fact that they have a beautiful bakery on the ground floor. So even if you’re a Barcelonian it’s worth going to.

Open from April 1st, check out:

I was wondering if you could help me. We are a party of four booked into two rooms on Weds 23rd April for two nights. Our flight arrives in Barcelona at about 11.00 hrs and I know we cannot book into our room till 14.00 hrs. I was wondering if there was any where in the hotel where we could leave our luggage till booking in. This would save us hanging around and we could get on with having a look around your city before we book in.

Thanks for your comment Stephen. I guess it will be possible to leave your luggage in the hotel, but I’m not the hotel: I’m a site who inspires you to go to Hotel Praktik. So if I were you, I would contact the hotel itself via the website have fun in Barcelona!

Looks like a great facility. We’d we coming to Barcelona around June 23, 2014 and would love to stay here.

I would appreciate if you could let us know how far are the Gothic Quarters, since my wife is an architect and would like to stay in a hotel close to some artistic buildings.

Hi Shahid, that sounds good! You will love it there. The hotel is located almost next to La Pedrera (one of Gaudi’s works). The Gothic Quarter is somewhat further but still easy to reach (around a 20/30 minute walk). Have a great time in Barcelona!
