BEST OF MARCH 2014

Bye bye March, hello April! I hope you had a wonderful month full with cool citytrips or beautiful journeys – in your own country or far far away. This month I’ve explored a far away destination called Australia in order to bring you the coolest and latest spots in Sydney and Melbourne. And after that I went to Singapore to do the same (the Singapore week starts next Monday so be prepared for hotel, restaurant and shop reviews). In between those trips I was very honored to be one of the first guests at the Jane in Antwerp, the new restaurant of Sergio Herman and Nick Bril designed by Piet Boon. The food was ofcourse outstanding, but the interior was also a jaw-dropper. You know I have a big passion for hotspots and The Jane was one of those places where my heart started pounding faster and I couldn’t stop making pictures and well didn’t want to leave at all. That was also the case this month with my upgrade to the Vivienne Tam Suite in Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, a visit to Mina-no-ie and Tall Timber in Melbourne, being at Bondi Beach again after more than 12 years, walking around at the Grounds of Alexandria and flying Business Class with Singapore Airlines for the first time of my life. It was also the month where my blog turned 4 years and I couldn’t be happier that I made the decision of starting a blog a few years ago. I hope I can inspire you with lots and lots of other cool spots in the next 4 years!
