BLOESEM SHOP SINGAPORE
Most striking feature:
What I like about online shops/blogs is that they now also present themselves offline in an original way. In February we saw Net-a-Porter launching a magazine and recently the popular interior blog Bloesem opened a shop in Tiong Bahru. That’s a nice neighborhood where you will also find Plain Vanilla, Open Door Policy and the Tiong Bahru Bakery for example. In-store they organize workshops (like Jurianne Matter did recently), they are working on the website and ofcourse you can buy great stuff for your home. Irene of Bloesem collects interior items she likes but she also makes them herself. Like pillows, a beautiful hanging system and stunning leather planters – all with a great sense of design so you wanna buy it all (this is a warning). When I visited the store I met Anouk van der El and she’s the owner Make History and the Time Capsules: the best gift for a new mum. It’s a box where you can keep all of the memories to your new born baby. With masking tape, a notebook, tags and more in it to make it as personal as you wish. Recently she launched a new product called the Little Quote Jar: a jar where you collect the quotes of your children. Also a special gift for parents. If you want to see more of the great items they are selling, quickly plan a visit to the shop or, and that’s the advantage of an online shop turning into an offline shop, you can always visit their online store.
