The Klub Kitchen moved to a bigger space in Berlin, so the pictures aren’t accurate anymore, but I would highly recommend you to check them out at Almstadtstrasse 9 (also in Mitte). Enjoy!

The Klub Kitchen opened their doors not that long ago and it is already a favorite hang-out of many in Mitte. Why? That’s what I experienced last week when I went there for lunch. The first jaw-dropping moment comes from the interior. Very minimalist, with a color palette of gray, white and green of the plants. Made by one of the owners who is also a designer. The other owner, Maja, welcomed me, after my jaw-dropping interior moment, with a big smile. Later she told me that she once worked as a lawyer, but together with her friend they decided to open The Klub Kitchen. A place where you will find lots of delicious and healthy dishes on the menu. ‘But they are all affordable, so you can see that healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive’, says Maja. I order a salad with strawberries and asparagus. Plus a delicious home made lemonade. Price: 12 euros. And then I also get a piece of a brownie which came straight out of the oven. So good! You can’t miss this when you’re in Berlin and say hi to Maja for me!
