I’ve just returned from New York after a week of finding the most amazing new discoveries. I had to share the brand new Butcher’s Daughter in West Village with you already (see my report here) apart from all the pictures I’ve shared on social media. And for the first time I was on Snapchat (@petitepassport) this trip to give you some behind the scenes photos and films. Loved it!

If you’re going to New York I would recommend you to not miss Nolita/Little Italy, Tribeca and Williamsburg, areas with the highest concentration of cool spots. A great way to discover the city is by bike. I rented a supercool Tokyobike. I’ve stayed in four amazing new hotels, Sixty Soho booked via Hotel Tonight, Boro Hotel, 11 Howard and Sago Hotel and I’m gonna tell you all about it on my website soon. For now: let’s take a look at some of my favorite iPhone pictures before I’m gonna work on the updated online New York Guide, so if you’re planning a trip to the city, you will have all the best addresses there for you! And yes, of course The New York Guide will be available in a printed version soon too!

Hoi Pauline!

      Groetjes, Pauline

      Hi Line,

Thanks for your comment and interest in The New York Guide. My design team is preparing it for the printer right now, I think I will have the guides here at the beginning of August. When I know more I will announce it on my website and social media. So I can send the guide to you as soon as it arrives!

      Best wishes, Pauline

    Hi Pauline,

After reading your article, I’d like to know in which shop did you exaxtly rent the Tokyobike in NY, cause I’ve been on their website but it is not mentioned.

    Thank you very much,

      Hi Louis,

Thank you for your comment! It’s great to explore New York by bike. I’ve rented it via the owners of Tokyobike a few years ago, but their shop closed down. Some hotels rent out their bikes such as Ace Hotel, but did you know New York also has a great cycling system like the one in Paris? See: Nowadays you can find stations on every corner (even in Brooklyn), so that can be a good option. Enjoy!

      Warm wishes, Pauline
