Venice has 400 bridges, year after year its been named ‘most beautiful city in the world’ and it’s listed as an UNESCO World Heritage City. Let’s explore!


Like a film set

When you arrive at the airport of Venice you walk straight to the water taxi, the vaporetto, which takes you to the city in approximately an hour. It was already dark when I arrived, but I immediately noticed that Venice is like a film set. Every building is beautiful, just like the many boats on the Grand Canal.


Casa Flora

My goal was a visit to the beautiful Casa Flora, a design apartment five minutes from the famous Piazza San Marco. Whether you go to Venice to celebrate love or to visit the Biennale (in the even years they organize the Architecture Biennale, in the odd years the Art Biennale): make sure you have enough space on your phone, because you can’t stop taking pictures.
