To the attentive reader: yes, I’m going to London again! I’ve visited the city at the end of September for 24 hours because of an event, and it was just too short to spot all the new addresses. So I’m going there again and come back to you next week with a fully updated London Guide!

Going by train with the Eurostar

I like to keep negative travel experiences to myself, but the last trip went so horribly wrong concerning delays, I’m super excited to go by train. I can board the Eurostar in my hometown Rotterdam and get off in central London. This year you still have to change at Brussels on your way to London, but on the way back the train goes directly to Rotterdam. The fewer transfers, the better and the more relaxed you travel!

New hotels to check out

When I arrive in London, I can immediately check in at Redchurch Townhouse, the latest hotel of Soho House that also has a Cecconi’s, so I’m already looking forward to the Vitello tonato and black truffle pasta. I’m determined to visit all the best addresses for you and hope to find some extra time to go to the Elmgreen & Dragset exhibition at The White Chapel Gallery.

Jump into my virtual suitcase

You can follow me, almost real-time, via Instagram Stories, when I’m in London. When I’m back home, I will slowly share some spots on my site and everything in the brand new London Guide which I will publish on Thursday next week!

Love, Pauline
