KOSKELA STORE SYDNEY

Last week I wrote about my visit to Kitchen by Mike. A restaurant, which is closed since August 7, 2015, in a very large industrial building in the district of Rosebery, just outside the center of Sydney. The property is owned by Koskela, a design studio in Sydney that designs the most beautiful furniture (such as the Jack Chair) since 2000 and also decorate businesses and homes in a very tasteful way. Nowadays they also give workshops, organize exhibitions and they display the finest furniture and home accessories in the Koskela store.  You can easily spend an hour in the store (and then another in the cafe). When you enter the store you find beautiful design- and cook books but also small home accessoires for kitchen and garden. On the walls you will find great art work. And if you continue walking through the store you will find pillows, chairs, sofas and other large furniture. You regret that you don’t live in Sydney because you would immediately want to organize your home with all the wonderful things they are selling. A must for everyone who loves design and is always on the look out for something new for their interior.
