THE GREEN GALLERY

In The Netherlands we love flowers. The flower auction in Aalsmeer is the biggest in the world and in Amsterdam you often see baskets on bikes filled with flowers. Now we also have an online magazine which is all about flowers and plants and recently the second issue of The Green Gallery was launched. It’s a beautiful, well curated, and more importantly highly inspirational, magazine about celebrating the beauty of nature!
What I like about The Green Gallery is that they don’t just show pictures of greenery; it’s like reading a glossy magazine complete with inspiring photo series. You’ll love their interview with The Borrowed Nursery, two friends from Miami who run a styling agency for plants and made a beautiful photo report of one of the pregnant owners. I also love their slide slow of the most beautiful botanical gardens around the world. The one in Copenhagen is definitely on my wishlist for my next trip. And don’t forget to check out ‘Unexpected Green‘ where you will be amazed by what people can do with plants. Like the Leaf Man by Azuma Makoto or the Wool Rug (pictured above) by Alexandra Kehayoglou.
