MY WEEK IN BERLIN
Just came back from Berlin and I love the city so much – especially because the weather was so nice and sunny! As you may know Berlin is a big city, so the best way to explore it is by bike. You will love Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukolln if you like independent shops, hotels, coffee places and restaurants. I’ve visited all time favorites like The Barn Roastery, Voo Store and The Klub Kitchen and of course I discovered so many great new addresses.
One of them is NOMADS. apt, the apartment I stayed at. It’s like entering the perfect boyfriend’s apartment. Complete with a guitar, a good sound system, big television and boxing balls throughout the place. More about this stunning place in Prenzlauerberg on my website this week.
I will share other new addresses slowly here on petitepassport.com, but if you’re going to Berlin soon, the online Berlin Guide will be full of all the best and latest addresses (available from tomorrow via my online shop). And if you like to travel with a paper guide The Berlin Guide is also available.
For now I like to take you with me to Berlin via my eyes:
My Goodness Berlin inside Becycle, a design gym for cyclists and yogini’s.
Westberlin, a magazine store and coffee bar where they sell The Berlin Guide
This trip was sponsored by Visit Berlin and easyJet. They fly to Berlin Schoenefeld several times a week. The flight time from Amsterdam to Berlin is approximately 1 hours and 30 minutes. For more information check out: www.easyjet.com and www.visitberlin.de
