From London to Madrid

Euro Pizza opened its doors recently in Amsterdam-Noord. On the other side of the river IJ it feels like you’re in Williamsburg. Expect garages, lofts and free parking from 6pm.
The guys behind Euro Pizza were also behind Europa Restaurant in Het Hem in Zaandam. The investor cut his ties with the cultural institution a few months ago, the ferry stopped going from Amsterdam to the former ammunition factory in Zaandam, and they decided to quit. Quickly after they started selling pizza’s in Amsterdam and a few weeks ago they opened Euro Pizza.
You have to be creative in these times, so the interior basically consists out of the same furniture used at Europa in Zaandam. And the flag of the European Union is also still visible. Now they are located in a garage with enough space to guarantee the 1,5 meters distance and a small terrace outside. They have several small dishes to share, but it’s all about the pizza’s. We’ve tried the Margeritho Extra #02 with shio koji tomato and the White Slice, a pizza with garlic, skaepswit and fresh herbs. And glasses of orange wine next to it.
