The Scandinavian decor will definitely caught your eye. Koffie & Ik is open for 8 months right now and isn’t exactly located in the center of Utrecht. Lombok is a neighbourhood where all kind of cultures live together but, so the owner told me, these days a lot of young professionals are moving there. Hometown Coffee is a new coffee joint in The Hague. Open for a few weeks right now is it the place to grab a coffee to go or sit down, read the newspapers or magazines and drink a cappuccino.
